We initially visited Napletons of Urbana in April 2026. We were interested in a vehicle that would seat 7-8 people. Dionte Robinson immediately pulled a Kia Telluride and Carnival around for us to drive. He was extremely knowledgeable on both vehicles. We made a decision that I was interested in the Carnival. I informed Dionte that I would not be ready to purchase for about 3 months. He gave us a card and told me to reach out when I was ready. I received one email from him thanking me for coming by and to come back when I was ready. That was the only communication I received from him until I reached out in July to say I was ready. That was everything to me because I do not like to be hounded after I have made a decision. When I went back Dionte made it a painless process, probably the best experience purchasing a vehicle that I have had.

Lack of honesty on things that were not working or broken in the car. Made it sounds perfect while it wasn’t. Really disappointed!
